1. Introduction

Welcome to Thousim Studio (website: www.thousimstudio.com ), a handcrafted resin art brand based in Poland. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on the site.

These T&C govern your use of our website, your purchase of products, and your interaction with our brand. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, creating an account, or using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent

  • You accept and agree to these T&C

  • You will provide accurate and complete information during checkout

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

3. Product Information

All products offered by Thousim Studio are handmade in Poland using UV or epoxy resin. Items include:

  • Resin earrings, studs, pendants, keychains, magnets, hair clips, bookmarks, coasters

  • Customized pieces (e.g., with names, footprints, pet prints, soundwaves, handwritten notes)

Due to the handcrafted nature of our art:

  • Colors, patterns, and textures may vary slightly from product images

  • No two pieces are identical — this is part of their charm

  • Product images are for illustration only; actual items may differ subtly

  • We also include customised frames based on emotional connect, pet & me tribute line, Tiny footprint print, Baby's heartbeat waveform, Ghibli Photo Art, all made with love converted into artform.

4. Customised Orders

  • Customization options (name, date, other personalised etc.) are available on selected products. 

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and clear input (e.g., correct spelling, clear information)

  • Based on photos and audio due to data security, our team will collect the appropriate customisation including name, personalised message after checkout. Once the product is delivered, we delete the photo & audio data immediately after customisation use.

  • Please note that we reserve the right to reject requests containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect shipping.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in (EUR) and include VAT where applicable

  • We also accept payments in PLN, EUR and USD via Stripe (credit & debit cards), with automatic currency conversion + Apple Pay options available

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe using Debit & Credit cards, Apple Pay or other third-party gateways

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed

6. Order Processing

  • In-stock items: Shipped within 1–3 business days

  • Custom or made-to-order items: Take 5–7 business days to craft before shipping

  • You will receive:

  • Order confirmation email

  • Shipping confirmation with tracking number

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer global shipping from Poland. Mainly we focus market in Europe, UK, Ireland, US.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping on orders over 250 zł (Poland) / €70 (Europe) / €40 (International) 

  • Estimated delivery times:

  • Poland: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • Worldwide: 7–21 business days (may vary due to customs)

  • We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by local postal services

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Non-custom items: May be returned within 5 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

  • To initiate a return, contact us at projects@thousimstudio.com with your order number and reason

9. Warranty

  • Thousim Studio offers a 3-month craftsmanship warranty on all products

  • Covers defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., broken posts, resin delamination)

  • Does not cover damage from:

  • Exposure to water, perfume, or chemicals

  • Drops, scratches, or improper care

  • Normal wear and tear

  • To claim, contact us with photos and order details

10. Care Instructions

  • To preserve your resin art:

  • Avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals

  • Clean with a soft, dry cloth

  • Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in a pouch or box

  • Do not expose to direct sunlight or high heat for prolonged periods
    Failure to follow care guidelines may void the warranty.

11. Website Use

  • You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only

  • You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the site

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the website

  • Resell products without written permission

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation

12. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, photographs, brand names, logos, and website content are the property of Thousim Studio

  • Reproduction, copying, or resale of product designs or images is strictly prohibited

  • Customer-submitted content (e.g., photos, audio) remains their property, but by uploading, they grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for order fulfillment and marketing (with permission)

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thousim Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

  • Any claim arising from product use or website access

  • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your country.
