Products & Personalisation

All products offered by Thousim Studio are personalised and made to order. By placing an order, you confirm that all personalisation details (names, dates, and selected options) are correct.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our keepsakes, slight variations in design, colour, or layout may occur. These variations are part of the creation process and do not constitute a defect. Please ensure that all names, dates, and personalisation details entered at checkout are correct. Thousim Studio is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Order Process

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Production begins after we receive the required print (via email or DIY kit process, if applicable).
Requests for design previews must be made by email. Up to two revisions are included upon request before shipping.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, text, and branding, is the property of Thousim Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Thousim Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
