Personalised Orders

Because all items are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.
